MARCGT: create a new ontology #38

Per Stanford Library request from Nancy Lorimer, need to create a new ontology, MARCGT (MARC Genre/Terms Scheme). This is a SKOS ontology.

The ontology info is located here: http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/genreFormSchemes/marcgt.html

We are unable to find the ontology source. This is pending until the client (Stanford Library) locates the necessary ontology file to upload.
