Fixes a number of "can't modify frozen string" errors, thrown from the AdminController after the upgrade to Ruby 3
Fixes a "wrong number of arguments" error thrown by the AdminController when attempting to delete ontologies. This was a regression caused by some RuboCop linting.
Resolves #287
