It does already. https://www.bioontology.org/wiki/NCBO_FAQ
However, the documentation page pointed to by the BioPortal service doesn't point to it, and it's kind of badly outdated. Perhaps we can address those two concerns.
BioPortal UI doesn't have an explicit link to FAQ, at least I can't find one permanently displayed.
NCBO_FAQ - perhaps that page should be either renamed to BioPortal( or Ontoportal) FAQ or segregate BioPortal/Ontoportal specific info from generic NCBO information
I remember there was FAQ about how to get API key, and something like why doesn't ontology reflect the changes that I just submitted.
Renamed NCBO_FAQ to BioPortal_FAQ (redirect in place in wiki), and linked to it from the documentation page that is the only help link from BioPortal UI. Oh yeah, and updated the FAQ to move all the NCBO stuff to the history section at the end. (just couldn't bring myself to delete it...)
Perhaps should add a separate link to the FAQ from the UI.
Yes, I think that FAQ is somewhere else, Jennifer links to it all the time. Ah, Google is my friend. It's in the other help page: https://bioportal.bioontology.org/help#Getting_an_API_key, which I think mostly has the same content as the Support page linked above, and does have a link to the FAQ I just updated.
I think we should just start a new wiki for OntoPortal. (Not quite yet though.) Populate it one page at a time, only as each page is confirmed accurate.
Bioportal UI should have a link to FAQ which could cut down on the number of support feedbacks. Perhaps a link could be added under support menu.
