Remove google-api-client gem from the Gemfile #89

I propose to remove google-api-client gem from Gemfile because the updated version of it is already included in the ncbo_cron Alternatively, I could replace google-api-client with google-apis-analytics_v3 which is what we have in ncbo_cron.
