Multilingual Ontologies: search returns array instead of a string. #211

Search results for multilingual ontologies via API return an array of perfLabels and definition in all languages rather than a single string when the language parameter is not set.

The default search behavior (when the language parameter is not set) should return a single result to preserve backward compatibility.
