Add AllegroGraph support #3

this PR includes:

dip doesn't support docker profiles yet so AllegroGraph support is implemented with docker compose overrides and dip.overrides. switching from 4store to AG requires renaming dip.overrides.yml.sampl to dip.overrides.yml
