Bioportal UI uses a page on the www.bioontology.org/wiki site to render /help page. That wiki page contains a few references to bioontology.org site.
For example, /help#Getting_an_API_key page on the appliance asks people to register for an account on bioportal.bioontology.org site which is probably not what they need.
