Normal Scout2 run has permission errors #254

Hi, I followed the troubleshooting guide for this closed ticket https://github.com/nccgroup/Scout2/issues/136

However, I am still getting a permission error. The funny thing is if I run Scout2 --service ec2 I don't get the permission error like the issue #136. I appreciate the help.

Are you sure you are running Scout2 with the sufficient permissions? Please post output.
