Incorrect description in AWSScout2/rules/data/findings/ses-identity-dkim-not-verified.json #258

The description in this json file says "DKIM not enabled", which is incorrect. That is the description for ses-identity-dkim-not-enabled.json. Description should probably be "DKIM not verified" instead.
