Extensions are broken (disabled, cannot be enabled) again in Chromium 65.0.3323.0, at least on macOS; help text links to:

Not sure if this was just enabled for Mac or what.

Fixed in the crudest possible way in 1e7fb69ff335d6d85a8238e4cd1cb7ea1ddb0a98
