[Web] wkhtmltoimage blocked by failed connection #14

When a URL fails to load the wkhtmltoimage instance gets blocked and no more pages can be loaded:

Failed to capture image: Conversion failed: Failed to load http://192.168.59.128:3000/, with network status code 1 and
http status code 0 - Connection refused, Failed loading page http://192.168.59.128:3000/ (sometimes it will work just to ignore this er
ror with --load-error-handling ignore)

Failed to capture image: Wkhtmltopdf is currently blocked by another initialized instance
