Order spares from TWR #4

Order enough spare parts (batteries, anodes, o-rings, etc.) from Teledyne Webb Research (TWR) for the first 4 cruises (for each glider)

Is there an advantage of reusing/recycling battery packs?

TWR says it takes 1-2 weeks for them to fill an order for alkaline batteries.

On 3/2/17, we placed an order for some spares from TWR, including 6 sets of spare o-rings, 5 anodes, and a pair of hull separator tools. We also have an order (in progress) for 2 sets of alkaline batteries. The order for batteries was held up for a sole-source justification, but it should be processed soon.

The order will ship Monday 4/3 with 2-day delivery. So, it should be there by Thursday, when I'm in Chapel Hill.
