Repair and calibrate four (4) Wind Monitors #33

[x] Obtain RMA from RM Young
[x] ship (4) wind monitors back to RM Young
[x] Cals complete and units returned.
[x] File calibration data.

If cost to repair one wind meter exceeds $500, probably should just buy a new one. New costs $1054. Will want 8 total in the end. 4 to deploy and 4 spares.

Just received estimate for repairs -- so will only repair & calib 3 of the 4

WM000126997 $677 <---- won't repair, mark in sensor database as DESTROYED
WM000126996 $277
WM000063198 $379
WM000069924 $247

So these 3 with 2 good ones in lab give us 5 of 8 total. There are 3 more in lab that we can see if they can fix when this first set returns.

Received three (3) in good condition. There are another 3 that can be possibly be repaired and calibrated. Will create a new ticket for them.
