[x] ship to Sea-bird
[ ] replace rubber hose protector and have cables tested

This is has been a rather weird experience. After making weekly calls since Christmas, SBE finally got around to testing the two (2) ICCs, yesterday (1/23/2017). The results of the test are that "one failed and the other passed inductance tests and no other work was performed." So will likely have to order one. Quote for new one is $950. Sounds like we will have to replace the outer hose on the one good one. I requested that both be sent back ASAP, then since they have had them for 8-9 weeks.

Closing this issue with label wontfix since nothing was done at Sea-bird. They have been returned, with the status as with one tested as "good" and the other as "not working".
