All 4 poll-mount captive screws annealed to the antenna. Each screw was broken in order to detach the antenna from the mount rendering both antenna and mount useless. This happened on both antennas!
[x] Order two (2) antennas made by Aeroantenna Model AT1621-142W (from MJSales)
[x] Install and Test with straight TNC coaxial
[x] Test with new dbobrien cables when received from Xylem
[x] Figure out what to use on screws to prevent future annealing of mounting screws.
[x] Figure out how to protect coaxial TNC connector at antenna once mounted.
Use anti-seize or silicon lube on mounting screws. We used Tef-Gel designed to isolate stainless hardware in contact with aluminum. Tef-Gel is the same stuff that Bircher used on s/s screws fixing buoy tower structure (aluminum) to aluminum buoy hull frame.
Coaxial connection is probably okay if ensure that the o-rings are installed properly. If they are not, could use something like mastic tape, but only as a desperate option.

Can get from MJSales for $180 each or from Campbell Sci for $255 each.
