Repair and Calibrate three (3) more Wind Monitors #55

Follow on to Ticket #33

If cost to repair one wind meter exceeds $500, probably should just buy a new one. New costs $1054. Will want 8 total in the end. 4 to deploy and 4 spares. We just had 3 others repaired under Ticket #33, one is still new for a total of 4. Now we have 3 more to return for repair.

Only repaired two (2), since one of three cost over $500. Will still need to order one more for complete set of spares.

Got cost estimate from RMYoung ... two of the three wind meters (WMs) will be repaired. The cost for the third one was over $500 so will not be repaired. This will leave us short 1 spare, i.e. only have 3 spare WMs now (2 repaired, 1 new).
