B2 Replace camera cable

The cable to the camera on B2 was sheared off while trying to unscrew it from the camera. It had annealed to the camera due to corrosion. The female connector on the cable was what was destroyed, with bits and pieces left in the male plug on the camera. Also some pins on the camera side are bent. Hopefully we can recover camera function by getting new pigtail cable and reconnecting at the splice.

• [x] order new pigtail camera cable -- CC5MPX Power and I/O Cable CC5MPXCBL1-L10-PT
• [x] reconnect new pigtail at the splice junction made by YSI to the impulse connector
• [x] cleanup camera plug and straighten pins
• [x] test, test, test
