B2 -- CTD2 slipped down to 20m #70

The lower CTD slipped from 15m to 21-22 m down (end of cable?). This happened the night of the April 23, 2017 during the big storm just days after deployment. Keep an eye on it for now.

On August 3, 2017, dove to install NCSU/CMAST Vemco fish-id receiver just below CTD1 (at 15 ft) with Jacob Krause. While we were down, we retrieved CTD2 that was at 21-22m (~70 ft) and repositioned it back at 15m (~45ft) to be at mid-depth and clamped additional delrin block just below to hold its position.
