reported_config for full_scale_range #5

On the Fly command reported_config. Can you add in the ability of the library to output the v\current value for full_scale_range?

Unfortunately the sensors currently don't send that data. I talked to Bhaskar about it and we can update this in the future, but it would require a firmware update.
