…Created folder called data_byte_sections where we can store individual date bytes docs.

The main thing I would change revolves around the palmer penguins package. I think we should be citing Allison et al as the package creators for palmer penguins, as well as linking to package. I also think we should be adding our authorship to the data bytes we create, like @samanthacsik has done on her website. I’ll accept the pull request and then create my data byte showing what I mean before messing with y’all’s!
