Project PRJNA914892 has low coverage genomes. Make a dataset with these with their AMR profiles.
SRR22859991 took 470s single threaded but 220s with 8cpus. Additionally, I found quick AMR matches with abricate. SRR22859768 (SAMN32360972) was recommended by George Bouras and took 665s single threaded but 268s on 8cpus. AMR genes found on this one too.
Additional CPUs on dragonflye made assembly of SRR2285991 go faster
