Adds integration on the JS side for image evaluation

@demetrxx this PR is ready for you to take over. The call to the image evaluation is there. We need the front end changes:

Correctly attach the image file (left a bunch of placeholder code in the PR, including a base64 encoded sample image)
Download the extra multi modal project that allows image analysis
Loading the llm and multi modal is actually quite slow, so we might need a spinner or something on app start while it is being loaded
