Multi monitor support #106

Is your feature suggestion related to a problem? Please describe. When demoing out the software, I noticed that the only suggestions to jump to were on my same monitor.

Describe the solution you'd like Either the same support we have on one monitor, or a simple key to switch to another monitor for generating suggestions.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've looked at finding native methods for swapping the mouse to make the other monitor active but came up with nothing.

Fighting with the same issue. As a work-around, I configured a hotkey with Better-Touch-Tool (payed software) to move the mouse to another monitor. I have to specify mouse coordinates, so it works best as long as I do not frequently change my monitor setup.
