Describe the bug
'G go to the bottom' does not work on some apps or pages, like some nested web, IDEA that enabled IDEAVim. But 'j' and 'k' are working on all apps, at least I was not found. 'G' and 'gg' are really comfortable functions. What do they two can't work and how do they let them work?
And Could you provide a choice that reverses 'gg' and 'G'? Just like 'Scrolling tabs / Scroll keys' to custom lkjh. lol, because I'm used to using reverse mouse mode to scrolling on Mac and Vim. And I just wanna reverse the scrolling action between 'gg' and 'G' of Homerow.

Steps to reproduce the bug
Go to 'IDEA enabled IDEAVim'
Activate Homerow scroll mode.
It appears unexpected behavior:
3.1. press 'gg', should scroll to top but bottom.
3.2. press 'G', should scroll to bottom but nothing happened! ( And it also will go to the top on most of the webs of Safari )
