[Feature Request] Custom Colors for Scrolling Mode
Description
Allow customization of the highlight color in scrolling mode, particularly for dark mode users where the current bright green border may be too intense.
Current Behavior
Scrolling mode displays a bright green border around the window
No current configuration options for this color
Proposed Solution
Add color customization through either:
Custom color picker
Predefined color dropdown (e.g., including more subtle options like gray)
