"Updated By" Not Updating When Modifying Variants #1021

From Eva's feedback of testing release 1.18.0:

I also noticed that after making changes to the research variants of one of the models (HCM-BROD-0227-C43), the “Updated By” column information seems to be incorrect. I had deleted the GDC MAF data and then re-imported as part of my general testing, and the “Updated By” does not update with my account information and instead retains the previous person’s information. When I uploaded new models (e.g. HCM-BROD-0676-C71), this column shows the correct information. When I make changes to a model (change “therapy” selections), these changes are correctly captured in the “updated by” column.
