I am honestly a little unsure of exactly how the attached file makes it clear what is needed; unless @mistryrn knows, we'll have to follow up with Eva to clarify. SC molecular markers_ETC_20220418.xlsx

More info from Eva: The items within the spreadsheet that are red need to be added to the clinical variants data dictionary, which includes both histopathological biomarkers and clinical variants. There are some new Expression/Result Options and translocations that need to be added for existing items in the dictionary as well as some totally new clinical variants.
