Publishing Dictionary Drafts causes a regression in the Molecular Characterizations terminology.
"DNA Methylation Array of ___" terms re-appear after migrations have been run to remove the Array from them.
Migrations need to be re-written to also update the Dictionary Draft, preventing the outdated terminology from reappearing.
