Remove duplicated attributes from 'DependsOn' column #275

Tumor Grade appears twice in the DependsOn column for Diagnosis. Removing the 2nd instance. HTAN Parent Biospecimen ID appears twice in DependsOn column for BulkRNA-seqLevel2 Germline Variants Workflow Type appears twice in DependsOn column for BulkWESLevel3

Good spot. We should add a test to catch this in the future

Need to check whether this is actually causing a problem. Do you need to enter it twice in the template?

test - appears twice in a template; required the center to enter 'none' both times
