This was discovered in the addition of data model integrity tests #287.

@PozhidayevaDarya can you check the Visium RFC for how this attribute was intended to be used and add a PR to fix or remove?

It looks like this is just a case consistency correction as we also get the error

"Spots under tissue" used in component "10x Visium Spatial Transcriptomics - RNA-seq Level 3" is not defined in the data model

RFC has Spots under tissue - lower case t

Was a quick fix so have done so in #301
