Remove attributes entered more than once in DependsOn for components

In developing data model integrity tests #287 the following attributes were found to be listed more than once in the DependsOn column of their respective component. This means that they will appear multiple times in a template.

Duplicates should be removed

• [x] "SRRS Biospecimen" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Ischemic Time', 'Ischemic Temperature']
• [x] "Slide-seq Level 3" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Workflow Version']
• [x] "scmC-seq Level 1" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Nucleic Acid Source']
• [x] "scmC-seq Level 2" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Proportion Reads Mapped', 'Proportion Targets No Coverage']
• [x] "Bulk Methylation-seq Level 2" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Proportion Reads Duplicated', 'Proportion Targets No Coverage']
• [x] "Mass Spectrometry Level 1" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Protocol Link']
• [x] "Yes - Progression or Recurrence" has duplicate entries in DependsOn: ['Days to Recurrence']
