Eg: publications, de-id issues
Could we alter publications manifest column header “Publication-associated HTAN Parent Data File IDs” to something like “Publication-associated HTAN Data File IDs” in both the RFC and manifest example? The description of the column in Table 1 of the RFC seems fine but the naming doesn’t seem to jibe with the naming in the id_provenance.upstream_ids table in bigquery. (Alex)
The discussion was to keep ID's as is but to open this issue to confirm that @elv-sb is happy with this.
With @clarisse-lau we need to check that this will be implemented in the upstream IDs OK
