Harmonise attribute order for Visium #341

A bit of feedback on the Visium 10X Level 1 and 2 manifest templates generated by DCA. For the majority of templates, the HTAN ID columns are ordered as,

Parent biospecimen ID
Datafile ID

For Visium 10X L1 and L2, these columns are swapped, as

Datafile ID
Parent biospecimen ID

This is easy to miss when filling tables out in a semi-automated way (and has led to errors). Having columns be in a consistent order would be preferred

@PozhidayevaDarya is there a timeline by which you are aiming to complete this? I would like to make sure that this is assigned to either the current or a future sprint. Thanks!

@adamjtaylor and @elv-sb added this one to this sprint, and confirmed with Dar'ya that this should be pretty straightforward to close out within our 24-2 sprint. I think we just need to merge the linked PR. If you are okay for me to do this, please let me know.
