Ignore Accessory component in 'check attributes are used' CI check #347

Exclude new Accessory component from https://github.com/ncihtan/data-models/blob/main/.github/workflows/check_attributes_are_used.py

@clarisse-lau is there a timeline by which we are trying to complete this? I would like to make sure this is assigned accordingly to either the current or a future sprint. Thanks! Also, would you like this one to be assigned to you?

Timeline for this should be aligned with #345. It's a simple fix so that https://github.com/ncihtan/data-models/pull/346 will pass CI checks. Yep, assigned to myself

As with #345 , noting this for our 24-3 sprint. Effort on this may occur prior to that sprint (during our 24-2 sprint), but we will at least prioritize this to be done within the 24-3 sprint.
