Publications manifest PV additions/validation rule enhancement

Proposed change:

In the Publications Manifest, allow a list of URLs in the Supporting Link. (Adam's request via Slack: "Can you open a data-models repo for me to either remove or make list like url (if that is supported by schematic)".)

Also, please add the PVs in the Data Type field of the Publications Manifest: "RPPA" and "EM".

@alexeliotlash I'm implementing these changes as follows (see linked PR)

Adds RPPA and Electron Microscopy as data types Moves Supporting link validation rule from url which defaults to an error to url warning which will only warn. This facilitates adding lists of urls as list :: url is not currently implemented in schematic
