Update enumerated values in Publication "Data Type" field to include all assay types

Proposed change:

The publication "Data Type" field doesn't seem to include an up-to-date enumerated list of assay type, which seems to be: 10x Visium Assay Bulk DNA Bulk Methylation-seq Bulk RNA-seq CODEX CyCIF ExSEQ H&E HI-C-seq IMC Imaging LC-MS3 MERFISH MIBI MxIF RPPA RareCyte Orion SABER Slide-seq V2 mIHC scATAC-seq scRNA-seq

@alexeliotlash thank you for your patience as I pick this back up.... I want to make sure we are clear as to the expectations for these valid values.

Do we want

A list of components (eg scRNA-seq Level 1, scATAC-seq Level 3)
a list of top level components (eg scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, Imaging)
or a more granular list combined from top level component and platform/imaging tech where captured (eg from Platform or Imaging Assay Type attributes.
