Updates to AccessoryManifest for Data Portal #365

Following discussion with Onur & Ino on today's ops call -- to accommodate the display of folders on the HTAN Data Portal, we will need to map template fields to portal attributes.

We plan to implement the following changes to the AccessoryManifest template:

  1. Change Accessory Name to Dataset Name: Dataset Name will be used to populate the Filename column of the portal Files tab and as a more generalized term can be used in future dataset-based templates
  2. Add HTAN Parent Biospecimen ID as required: will be used to populate the Biospecimen column of the portal Files tab
  3. For simplicity, convert to folder-based template only (rather than supporting both files & folders)

@adamjtaylor Could we possibly get this into staging this week to enable Onur to test the display of folders on the portal with updated manifests?
