Proposed change:

Add "10x Multiome", "10x FLEX", and "10x GEM 3’" and "10x GEM 5’" to scRNAseq Library Construction Method.

Sarah Mazzilli has suggested adding additional methods for Library Construction Method to reflect new tech and be usable for multiplex CITE-seq. (see HTAN-288).

How important is this feature?

• 🌗 Medium - can do work without it; but it's important (e.g. to save time or for convenience)

(can ingest data, but unable to correctly site Library Contruction Method.)

When will use cases depending on this become relevant?

• Short-term - 2-4 weeks (HTAN CASI CITE-seq data ingestion)
