Sarah Mazzilli has suggested adding additional methods for Library Construction Method to reflect new tech and be usable for multiplex CITE-seq. (see HTAN-288).
How important is this feature?
🌗 Medium - can do work without it; but it's important (e.g. to save time or for convenience)

When will use cases depending on this become relevant?
Short-term - 2-4 weeks (HTAN CASI CITE-seq data ingestion)
