microarray added #411

Two levels of Microarray have been added (just below bulk DNA) - I'm hopeful this could be used for both RNA and DNA.

Five additional fields were also added (at the end): -Microarray Protocol Auxiliary File (the protocols, hybridization parameters etc used) -Microarray Platform ID (from NCBI GEO) -Microarray Molecule (RNA,DNA) -Microarray Label (i.e. Cy3) -Microarray Value Definition (what is this value? i.e. probe intensity)

@Gibbsdavidl can you check out the following lines which appear to have too many comma separators

Record #1035 has error: wrong number of fields
Record #1036 has error: wrong number of fields
