@ecerami Yes, Duke has submitted EXT identifiers for their MIBI Imaging data
And I believe WashU plans to do so for their “rush” data set in the next week or so, as well.

Verified that Duke EXT IDs are failing. See: http://hdash.website-us-east-1.linodeobjects.com/HTA6.html.
Duke's use of EXT IDs does not seem to match the revised spec. I put notes here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GObmDYZHTLSSNQDxNbXYzqB5ZvNpHpkzKRk4FHP-p-4/edit
We have added EXT prefixes to identify external controls within atlases. Currently unclear if any centers are using this yet, but I have asked @clarisse-lau and @alexeliotlash.
