Pull publication information from Synapse #583

There is a new process now to pull publication data from Synapse. Alex has submitted some data:

I was able to successfully submit a publication manifest for Vanderbilt's existing publication in HTAN Data Portal (Chen et al. 2021) via DCA to Synapse (syn53085135). It includes the list of HTAN file ids from which you should be able to make associations to biospecimens and check to see whether that list matches the list you have currently for our round trip test. If that works, I can submit the other four publications we have on the portal. Thx!
