TODO:

• [x] We need all the publications in synapse (currently there is only the Vanderbilt one)
• [x] Journal link is missing in the synapse manifest file (resolution: display the journal name as plain text without a link out)
• [ ] Tools is still hard-coded (might be tricky to add into the synapse manifest file)
• [x] Supporting Links info is missing
• [x] We still need hard-coded filters for certain publications, not sure how to add this info to the synapse manifest file (resolution: add a publicationIds field to all files and filter files by publicationIds)
• [x] Clean up unused components and types
