Refine `coming soon` language #596

Discussed in HTAN DCC CRDC coordination mtg today we would like to suggest refining the language here to something along the lines of

Being indexed with CRDC

Language to be refined but we need to make clear where data release is out of our hands

Currently takes 8-12 weeks.
