Add missing assays to data standards #669

Data Standards' representation of the data model is missing some assays, including:

scATAcseq levels 2-4
scDNAseq, all levels (1 & 2)
Hi-C, all levels (1-3)
Bulk Methylation sequencing, all levels (1-3)
snmC-seq, all levels (1 & 2)
RPPA, all levels (1-3)
Spatial Transcriptomics, GeoMX (levels 1 &3)
Spatial Transcriptomics, Xenium
Spatial Transcriptomics, CosMx SMI
Biospecimen Tier 2
Accessory (possibly not needed)
