Show homepage viewer counts dynamically for bigquery, cellxgene and others #677

BigQuery count is incorrect atm (there aren't any bigquery links after clicking on the icon in the MSK row)

Note that there should be bigquery data for MSK, so looks like that is a separate issue. Follow up items:

[ ] Show dynamic counts for bigquery, cellxgene and others (same as how it works for the viewers filter)
[ ] Figure out why MSK's single cell data has no corresponding bigquery link
