short tags and includes #10

rather remove these scripts as other people will also spend hours trying to 
debug it only to find out there are fundamental flaws in the script and takes 
to long to fix i.e. php short tags and miss match include paths.

the script checks for short_open_tags in php.ini and comment if it isn't set.
regarding the miss match include paths, would you provide more information?

in general you have include.addrequire to add require to each php file if 
that's what you mean.
