Multiple Projects #2

It would be really nice to have a support for multiple projects. I love to
build my projects via ANT - system call like

/usr/bin/zend-db-model-generator --config /var/www/project/config.xml
--all-db-tables

This would be nice.

this is not a defect, just a enhancement. but i can't select this.

i added support for all tables and regex to add/remove more tables in version 
0.4.
