You can download and install LibreOfice for Windows from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/

For Windows, you have to change the source code, as said here

@ncjoes Would it be possible to add a parameter 'windows' in the construct method, so $bin is set to soffice and line 245 changed to : $cmd = 'set HOME=/tmp && '.$cmd; That's all it takes to make work on Windows.

i followed all step and it keeps saying "Convertion Failure! Contact Server Admin." on W10, LibreOffice 6.4.7
