KILL query #1323

Let's implement KILL functionality to kill long-running queries. Depending on the complexity of the change we can limit ourselves by implementing this only for search queries or all queries.

Once done we should inform Dennis Gronewold (dennis@sphinxconnector.net) personally about this since he is interested in this.
