refactor tests to mix indexer/run daemon restart and query #1330

keep-attrs test need custom scripting to mix indexer/run, file copy operations with queries and since new custom scripts got prohibited helpers.inc should be refactored to allows such intermixing.

I've made a fix at 16f03d08, it starts to implement this feature, like 

<sphinxql system="restart-daemon"></sphinxql>

For now it allows to make utility-wide code at ubertest then invoke that code at SphinxQL via system attribute. We might add other functions like this.
